Well the VL has been in our family since near new and I finally had it passed down for a small fortune.
Problem was My missus needed a car and used it. As it was being used constantly on gravel roads, my plans to fix her up weren't going to well. As a result, I bought the missus the VR as a work hack. Picture of the VR is too big to put here. The only mods to it are a 2" exhaust.
The VL Story...
Well the brown picture is how it all started. - When purchased from the old man.
It still looks pretty rough in the blue but when you hear how its treated you will understand.
We assist with the Australian and local rallys as an official. To attend these, you often have to head up in the the forrestry. After watching sixty cars belting through the bush, you tend to get in the mood. This VL has seen plenty of gravel roads. Also it has racked up 420,000kms.
Anyway, I have been following SC since the early days, and have lots of ideas in my head for the VL. It's finally getting underway though. Unfortunatley the Blue picture is dodgy, when I get some better pics uploaded I will post a link to a site.
