just like to show u what i did to my car on the weekend

iam sick and tyired of seeing the same bar on commodores all the time vt clubby for vs poplar front bar so i decided to motified my front bar well this is what i came up with ( its a toyota surpra front bar

i have saw the car fitted with the bar and mate it doesnt do it for me. it put the rest of the body kit out. even know latter model body kits fitted on early model cars doesnt do it for me. it nowlook shockin

i hate vt-vx kits for vn-vs cars. i like how you tryed something different and think it is an improvement over the old one. i agree with the guys who say black mesh would look better, but hey its your car. i wish i had a hole that big for my intercooler, but im not into kits.

well thanks to all your comments i will be meeting some of u people on the christmas cruise to windsor cant wait. if any one going to auto salon i will be there as well with the car right now she off the road again lol under carrage is gutted im half way finished with the air bags she will sit on the ground i made the front bar sit level with the side skirts should look good i hope thats the last thing im doing to the car this year lol

I like the look of your old bar....but thats coz ive got one.

I think it would look pretty sweet with a race wing on the back now. Normally I hate boot spoilers but I think it would suit your car with the aggressive lines on the front bar now.

2 months ago i put her on the dyno and i got 157.7 rear wheel horse power not bad just for head work ok some people would like to know how i did the lion on the rear door so i will tell u how i did it

frirstly i got a sign writer to make a stencil of the holden lion
well what me and my boss did we first painted the hole car with the custom purple 3 layer pearl we let it dry for a little while when it wasdry we measured the door so we could get it perfect each side then we put the stencil on the rear door after that wemasked up the rest of the car leaving the back end ready for more painting we put blue pearl over it let it dry then put 4 coats of clear and thats the finish product

Have you got a side shot of the front bar? looks like the top 'lip' of the bumper is coming out further than the bottom ... i reckon it'd look even nicer if the top lip was further back by 2"-3"... but thats just my thoughts...

ive never noticed the lion on the side before . . i wanted to do that on the vk when we painted it . . more the hrt logo done in a gold pearl so it appeared and dissapeared . . lol
