Heres my mates VE.Aftermarket stuff is,lowered 2 inches,koni suspension,20"rims,
hsv steering wheel,dash and shifter,track stripes.Sorry bout the poor photo
quality and big photos

Good choice with the black rims, suit it heaps.

$$$$ now I look at it VE's should be able to cop 22" rims

Your mate has a nice car! Grey is not my colour but wheels sorta make it. I don't like the stripes but they might grow on me??

Looks mean as! Is it just me or do the race stripes look a tad budget up close? They have a very dull mat finish to them? Or is it just me? Love the black rims on a silver car, the blue plates break up the colour too... very smooth! I bet it hammers too, im still dying to take one for a 'test drive' :D :drivin:

Now were talkn nice size of rims and black goes well with silver, perfect...

Im not sure about the racing decals??? not sure it looks cooll??

It needs an inch lower all round..

Fawk great stuff, makes mine look like a monster truck - compared to your lowered one. Who did your sping/damper work?? Heard all sotsa crud on lowering affecting ESP etc. Whats the go and hows the ride with that trim taut and terrific ride height:confused:

HSV at Homebush done all the aftermarket stuff.There was no dramas at
all concerning the lowering and stiffer suspension.
I will find out whether they had to fiddle with anything else to make it suit
but as far as i know they didnt.
Like yours it feels like its on rails!!...Handles beautifully

Silver and black...A good mix.Would probably look good on some earlier models

Looks awesome. Not a fan of the blue plates though. They look tacky. A nice set of silver and black plates would do it the world of good!!!

Great looking VE. I have a Nickel SV6 with Pedders 25mm drop and am looking at the black cheetah's also but cant decide on 19 or 20 inch.
Can I ask how you find the ride on the 20's as i'm thinking it may get fairly firm and choppy.

The pedders springs i have a quite good, ride is still good but has firmed up a bit but nothing bad, just the ability to feel a few more bumps through the road.

Any feedback would be great and also on maintaining the rims given the amount of spokes they have.
