Its in final stages of production
All the computer modeling has been done
Thanks to SEMA in the US we have access to Pontiac G8 drawings so we where able to develop it without the car
The molds for the new rolling sleeve rear bags will begin to be cut in a few weeks
Then the first bags will roll off the production line not long after that
Fronts have already been done
They will have custom made Bilstein shocks all round
Pricing not available yet

The day you have a kit available please let me know :)
Rough ball park price for self leveling ?
Would not be far off the average VZ kit would it ?
Is there any chance we are going to be able to fit it all ourselves , we have the tools and facilities to an extent.

The pricing with self leveling won't be under $5460 as its a 4 struts car
and will run a 200 psi compressor in the standard kit
This kit will be able to fit your self
The rear will be bolt in
The front is a little harder as the top bearing plate will need to be removed so the new mount can be installed

Still about a month away from the prototype rear bags being made
The Ford BA model sedans I will be able to do when this new bag is made
The Utes can be done as well but the rear is allot of work
The front of the diff where the tail shaft joins hits on the fuel tank if lowered more than 3" so a new fuel tank needs to be made
A 4 link also needs to be fitted
This will make the Ute kit around $7200 with new fuel tank,4 link,Accuair self leveling ,new front struts and rear Slam Bags with 5 gallon tank and 400c compressor and VU4 Accuair 3/8 valves
Fitting will be around $2800 as everything needs to come off the rear to do the job
Engineers approx $900
22's I have trial fitted so not sure
If they fit now without bags they will still fit with them
I am coming over to WA in a few weeks to visit my two dealers

We tried the 22s on the front and seemed impossible ?
Im 600km away from Perth mate , your welcome to come for a visit though :)
I think air shocks in the rear will be fine , basically just wondering if the fronts are available and rough price supplied , we can fit them.

The fronts for the Fords are going to use the same new bag as the rear of the VE
So they will ready at the same time
Have all the shocks and strut tops made just waiting on the bags to be made

22's I have trial fitted so not sure
If they fit now without bags they will still fit with them
Is that meant to be 'havnt' trial fitted ?
We tried them but they hit the upper ball joint ?

Yes typo "Have not " I meant
If they hit on the upper ball joint them they won't be able to be fitted on the fronts

Started cutting the dies for the bag this week
Takes around two to three weeks to build the dies
It will be another month after that to do all the cycle testing

I have a buyer for my stato that will hopefully come thru in 4 weeks so I will have my Maloo to work on the kit after it sells
I have the front kit sorted so will bag the front straight away and get that part done

What would a rear kit be worth
slammer

Initially I will only be selling full kits as I have 35 cars to do
Rear kits will follow after I catch up with orders
Don't know the price as yet as the upper mounts are still being sorted and control system to run it
