this year, due to traffic congestion and wait times that were being experienced at c4c7, we have decided to change the meeting point format.

Instead of 1 meeting point we will have satalite meeting points (approx 3-4)

official meeting points confirmed so far are:

*DARRA Clinker St Darra entering via Perivale St. - open: 8:30am - depart: 10am


*NORTH SIDE MEETING POINT Buchanans Rd Nudgee/Banyo - open: 8:00am - depart: 9:30

Show and Shine is free, but you need to pre pay your cruise entry (when details are up) as there are limited spots for the official show and shine.


we get people to pre pay for events for 2 reasons, 1st events have limited spots available, and if we were to take payments on the day it would b a rat race.
2nd we require some payments in advance for up front cruise costs ie track hire, insurance etc

PRE PAY WILL BE AVAILABLE IN A FEW DAYS

there is 5 meeting points each of which is run by a commodore club here in brisbane. you being from NSW will attend the Yatala meet and receive your sticker there. From there you will cruise to QR and get your bag and then park.

The reason for multiple meet points is to try and save people from waiting around at one big one for hours on end. Having multiple smaller meets should also allow us to have a better flow of traffic through the gate once at QR.

yea as dave said the main reason for doing satalite points is to avoid the 2 hour wait to get into the gates at QR, this way everybody is still doing a cruise is a large group, but will not have the delays in getting inside to enjoy the rest of the event.

Mate, you could drive a few km's down the road to our meet point at Browns Plains (that's just south a little from Oxley). Or you could simply start heading a little west (towards QR) and join the Darra meet.

this year, due to traffic congestion and wait times that were being experienced at c4c7, we have decided to change the meeting point format.

Instead of 1 meeting point we will have satalite meeting points (approx 3-4)

There will be someone there directing you to where you need to go. Pre Paid and pay on the day will be getting sorted at the meet points, this way it saves congestion at QR.

Meet point opens at 8:30 and we will be departing at 10.00am for the CRUISE out to QR

We will then be leaving for a CRUISE to Queensland Raceway. This is a cruise not a race to see who can get there first.
Please stay behind the cruise leader at all times.
Definately no racing, drifting, burnouts or anything of that nature at the meet points or during the cruise.
Any one found driving in this manner will have their entry refused at QR.
There will be staff at QR directing us to our appropriate parking areas for club and non club participants.
